I cant tell you how many times I almost fell asleep. The ambience and decor is wonderful. Its warm, welcoming, and relaxing. I'm a fan of the storm sounds in the room especially. Amanda was very professional. She explained the entire process to me, checked to see if there was anything I wanted avoided and made sure the pressure was okay. The staff were extremely nice and accommodating. We arrived 30 minutes early, filled out paperwork for 10 min and was called back right at our massage time. The lobby smelled like old lotion. Not in a bad way lol, just like a bottle of lotion that is expired and lost its scent. Almost like a clay smell? Anyway, I ended up getting a facial and husband got the massage. My facial was extremely relaxing and my husband said that his massage was great! She even gave him homework to stretch because he was super tense. I paid online, but ending up adding a few things so at the checkout, they said that they would wave the fee for the couples massage to be performed in the same room (which I was confused because we booked the couples massage assuming this would be done as a couple in the same room). Either way, glad it was waved! This place has nice and accommodating staff. Would recommend.
