This review is for Dr. Hindman…read more Having had a previously positive experience with this office several years ago, I found myself reaching out again when in need of an emergency appointment recently. This would turn out to be a mistake. The Pros: I was able to get an appointment for the next day, and could've taken a same day appointment had my schedule permitted it. End of list. The Cons: I was told I needed a tooth extraction (& implant) that common sense and a second opinion have now revealed I did not need. All questions about the possibility of saving the tooth were immediately dismissed after about a minute of looking and two x-rays while in the chair. I had to ask, twice, to be given the antibiotics that I actually did need, as he was too busy compiling brochures for me of all his buddies that he wanted to refer me to for said extraction. Multiple times a panoramic dental x-ray was pushed on me, something I was told I had to have - and was told would cost me much more at any other practice - which felt like more of an attempt to get everything they could out of my insurance company than something that would help me in the moment, especially as I had to repeatedly say no. This is not even getting into what it's like for someone with anxiety about dentists, which the office had been warned about, to have to hear "I have more bad news for you but we won't get into that today". A week later, in the chair of another dentist at another practice, after another round of (non-panoramic) x-rays, said dentist looked at me and asked "that tooth?!" and then announced what I actually needed was a root canal. It's to their credit that I'm now going to be saved from an incredibly pricey procedure that likely would've caused more problems down the line. If you go here, get a second opinion after. You're probably going to need one. Better yet, just don't go here at all.

They can be complaining and dreading whatever procedure we are on the way to the office for, and as soon as he greets them, they are put at ease. I also see him and have been very pleased. The entire office is very kind and works hard to accommodate you into their office. It can be very hard to find a dental office that provides great service, is clean and aesthetically pleasing, AND makes recommendations for treatment unaccompanied by the guilt trip other offices may throw at you. This one is great!

My Experience With This Practice…read more Dr. Amir was the surgeon who performed my wisdom tooth procedure. I had all four of my wisdom teeth scheduled to be removed at this practice. I paid for all four extractions, and my insurance was also billed for all four. I also paid the required copay for each tooth. I underwent general anesthesia and went through the recovery and pain believing that all four teeth had been removed. After the procedure, I was told by Dr. Amir and the staff that the procedure had been completed. At my follow-up appointment, I was again led to believe that everything had been taken care of. Later, I visited my general dentist, who took X-rays and informed me that one of my wisdom teeth was still present and had not been removed. I returned to the practice and brought this to Dr. Amir's attention. He apologized and asked me to contact the staff regarding a resolution. After contacting the staff, I was reimbursed only the $136 copay associated with the tooth that had not been removed. What makes this even more frustrating is that because of this mishap, I now have to go through another extraction and another round of recovery, pain, and inconvenience--something I should not have had to go through if the procedure had been completed correctly the first time. My concern is that I was charged for a procedure that was not fully performed, my insurance was billed for all four teeth, and I was not informed that one tooth remained until my general dentist discovered it through X-rays. I am extremely disappointed with how this was handled, particularly because I underwent general anesthesia and the risks and recovery associated with the procedure based on the understanding that all four teeth were being removed

I recently had to undergo oral surgery and, quite frankly, I was terrified (I mean terrified, in tears in the car). But the moment I walked into Dr. Rolin's office, my fears were put at ease. The office is easy to find, there's plenty of parking, and the staff is warm, professional, and welcoming. The consultation was smooth, informative, and most importantly--comforting. and all my questions were answered. On the day of the procedure, he ensured I was comfortable and reassured me throughout. His calm demeanor and confidence, along with 25 years of experience, immediately made me feel like I was in good hands. The most incredible part? When he said, "Okay, you're all done," I was in shock--it was truly pain-free. Even in the days following the surgery, I experienced no pain or complications. Dr. Rolin is a master of his craft--knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly skilled. I am so grateful for the care I received (did I tell you I was terrified!) but now I and satisfied and I recommend him without hesitation.

They tell me 35 mins without telling me what their plan was to start on me later cause I took too long on the paper that I didn't know I had to fill out because they assumed I knew. Needs better receptionists.
