Although we were unable to get the POA through him, I feel that his demeanor, compassion and understanding are worthy of this review. My father passed away recently leaving my mom and I to scramble with finances and expenses associated with living statuses between two states. Brandon was very detailed in analyzing our situation and showed that, even though if it meant him not being able to do the POA for us, he was looking out for our best interests. Brandon saw that my mom was still reeling from our loss and he was very compassionate. In addition, he showed he had a lot of knowledge in his area and went out of his way even speaking to our tax advisor to better understand and to try to resolve open-ended concerns pertaining to our situation. Also, he never charged us for the time he put in.
