Patty is so sweet and knowledgeable, and I always look forward to my monthly facial with her. She knows my skin and keeps track of things she has tried and what I like. She never pushes any products unless I ask her about something first. When I first met her she offered for me to bring the products I was using so she could look at the ingredients, and tell me if there was anything that might not be good for my skin type. My skin has definitely improved since i started seeing her, and it always looks amazing after a visit. She uses Yonka products mostly, but sometimes a few others. I don't want anything invasive and have sensitive skin, so I have been sticking to dermaplaning and microderm during my visits. I will sometimes tell her which I prefer that day, or she'll tell me which one she thinks would be better for that session. She not only works on your face but also gives you a quick shoulder, arm and hand massage. Her prices are very reasonable, especially compared to some other places, and each session lasts around an hour. She's the only one that is in her suite, and it's just her, so it's quiet and relaxing with no other people talking or making noise. I've referred multiple people to her and they are always happy. I am absolutely furious with my eyebrow wax. I declined multiple times because I prefer to do my own. She insisted she would not change the shape and would just clean up. My eyebrows are completely ruined. She overly thinned them, shortened them, they're different lengths from the center, reduced my arch, and have completely different angles. After crying most of yesterday because it's my face, I'm just livid every time I look in the mirror. I'm mostly angry at myself for letting her pressure me. I'm just hoping that they grow back nicely and not patchy so I can fix them. Now, I have to deal with months of the awkward growing out phase if they grow back properly with any luck.

What I appreciate most is how much she prioritizes safety. I've had to rebook appointments more than once, because I still had remnants of spray tan on my face and another time because of my tretinoin use. At the time it felt like a bummer, but it showed me how much she truly puts her patients first and will never cut corners. That level of integrity is rare and so appreciated. I usually have a full body session in which it came to my attention that they are no longer allowed to do this. I told her my issues with hydration, dry skin, and bumpy patches. she suggested the oxygen trifecta that came with a jelly mask. I'm not sure the oxygen did much to my skin so I'm not sure the extra $40 was worth it but the jelly mask definitely felt so good and I enjoyed that.
