The second visit was an information gathering session. Dr. J went over my health history and used a spinal scan to pick up areas of nervous system stress. Because of my history, I also got an x-ray as well. On the third visit, Dr. J went over his findings, first making sure I understood "normal" spine alignment and neurological activity. My results weren't so awesome, but I've had back pain for a while now. Dr. J didn't present any of the results as being "scary". Everything he explained seems resolvable as long as I put the time and effort into it. After that I had my first adjustment.
