This is especially frustrating because texting is offered as a communication option, yet messages are ignored when it's inconvenient for them. Instead of providing all cancellation requirements upfront, this company continues engaging in an endless back-and-forth process while continuing to bill the customer. Every time something is submitted, another requirement suddenly appears. It feels intentionally designed to delay cancellation rather than assist the customer.
