Richborough Estates was founded in 2003 with the aim of helping landowners maximise their land assets on a 'no win no fee' basis. In other words, Richborough sources land bank opportunities and carries out the entire planning process at its own cost in return for a modest percentage of the open market value when the land is sold. This means that we are working to get the landowner the best possible deal from our first meeting until the land is sold.
