Called in to ask about products. Gentleman answered, but seemed highly reluctant to answer any questions about products. Only wanted to take an order. He eventually relented and allowed a basic question about drawer slides sold on their website.... And then proceeded to ask if they would be used in a car (!!), or a house, and then said I would have to ask the contractor doing the work. I am the contractor doing the work.... Anyway.... I called in a week before Christmas. I needed a DowelMax kit with attachments for a gift. I can not remember if the person on the phone actually gave me his name but he was able to find exactly what I was looking for plus the attachment, take my information and process it for air shipping directly to my house in about 5 minutes. As a contractor, I deal with all sorts of old parts I called these guys as the request of store employee (very oddball part). Glad I did! Do you want to be condescended to by some guy who is totally unhelpful and totally passive aggressive? Bingo!!! I'm going to call this guy and just give a random part numbers when I feel lonely.
