They also charged us for paint chips, which is funny because they hadn't even painted it for us when we moved in, only offered to if we waited a few days to move in (and didn't offer us reduced rent for that either.) Never had any help for us. Would not recommend going through this company... And their maintenance workers... RUDE. A company that truly only cares about the dollar in their pocket. Thanks for leaving the doors and windows unsealed all winter for us, guys! You rock...

I am in a supposedly secure building, I moved in here when it was new, and was promised by their employee there would be security cameras installed......2 1/2 years later, not a camera in site, and I was broken into......about $2,500.00 in losses, they were no help what so ever.....I had lodged a complaint 8 MONTHS ago about my door closure and the door frame....it took a breakin and the threat of a law suit to get them to react at all.....absoslutley unacceptable.....this is a SLUM LORD!!!!!!
