Every dealing I've ever had with Richer Sounds over the years has been absolutely first class. Frankly, I can't find of a word of criticism against them. Their extended insurance policies are fairly priced compared with the rest of the bunch.
In-store sales staff are knowledgeable and enthusiastic. If they don't know the answer, they find out.
Complex electronics occasionally goes wrong and I've experienced that twice with goods purchased from Richer. On the first occasion, the item was exchanged over the counter with a sincere apology and currently, I have a 48" Samsung TV being repaired. Richer's Customer Support team contact me to give updates on how the repair is progressing. Does any other business do that?
Staff all speak highly of their boss, Julian Richer. Where else could you find that?
The local TV repair agent used by Richer also speak very highly of them.
Being an older person, I consider this age to be characterised by poor service and can think of only two businesses I've encountered who still provide good service. Richer and John Lewis. Of the two, Richer are the better.
