Like the other branches that I've visited, the inside is bright, colorful, and inviting, and has a wide array of computers, printers, copiers, and other electronics for guests to use. This location also has a children's arts and crafts section, which I would've loved when I was a kid. However, what stood out about this particular branch was the quality in which the books were curated and displayed. I loved walking through the aisles and checking out the different categories and genres, as well as the New York Times bestsellers and Pulitzer Prize-winning books. Although I had placed a hold, I walked away with two (2) other books that I thought would be interesting, owing to the effort that the librarians exerted in crafting the displays of books. All-in-all, this is yet another fantastic branch of the Richland Library system, and I loved my trip here!

Than the staff that are employed to work at the library. It seems like they get so engrossed in Doing other things like searching on the computer or reading above whatever's on their mind, it aint on really helping people, I have a head injury, okay, and I take medication. And I also have personal letters to deal with when I go in there, I need their help. I don't care if I ask for help, 20 times while I'm in there, isn't it? Their job to do just that? Why do people get jobs working with the public? And they don't have the willingness to help you, they seem to be glued to their seat. Now, I'm not talking about all the stuff, but I'm talking about most of them, you have about 3 people there that have the willingness to get app and help you, they act like they don't want to be disturbed. And then they rotate Around, and when it's time to go to the main desk, if you're sitting at a certain computer, you can't see them up there because they're salt done, they're trying to hide away from the company from the people seeing that they don't have to help you, this is more than ridiculous, get off your dairy air and help people that need the help. If I need the help, then I wouldn't ask you for the help, this is totally ridiculous and it needs to be some type of System implement it, like maybe they need to put some lights and where you don't have to constantly get app, you can press the light, it'll light app saying you need help and then it could monitor them how many times people push the button for help and see who's gonna help you and who's not this is totally ridiculous. I've become so frustrated. I have an anxiety condition that you know, I have to break and get out and go to my car and then come back in and try to finish up it really needs to be something done about this. Even the manager of the library, he isn't so helpful. He gets frustrated insulin that sets me off with my frustration. You're there to do a job, do it?
