I was told by management that I should of haggled the price when I first dropped it off but was in a hurry and didn't know of the "hidden fees" I was hit with. Update: I picked up my laundry and this very kind gentleman explained I was overcharged and refunded me the overcharge. He explained they separate the wash and fold and wash separately. That's a new one for me and appreciate the explanation and understand the cost. Since my clothes are old and been washed oodles of times I never gave a thought of my load being thrown in all the once; resulting in a cheaper cost.
