This is my first time inquiring about dry cleaning for my own personal items & of course it was a last minute request (I honestly didn't think I'd find anyone to take my request at such short notice). I needed a same day dry cleaning job for a white button down shirt for my boyfriend's graduation. Chan was so kind to accommodate me and said that typically the machine he uses for this job aren't used on the weekend but he would be willing to help me. Most recently I had a bridesmaids dress that I needed taken in and it was done no problem but the dress was ordered in the wrong colors. So I quickly ordered a new dress that arrived 5 days before the wedding and needed it taken in a hemmed. I expressed the urgency and there was no issue! I was told by management that I should of haggled the price when I first dropped it off but was in a hurry and didn't know of the "hidden fees" I was hit with. Update: I picked up my laundry and this very kind gentleman explained I was overcharged and refunded me the overcharge. He explained they separate the wash and fold and wash separately. That's a new one for me and appreciate the explanation and understand the cost. Since my clothes are old and been washed oodles of times I never gave a thought of my load being thrown in all the once; resulting in a cheaper cost. If I have brand new colors I'll bring my wash to this honest establishment. read more

I took a pair of pants in to get a simple hem, price was pretty steep at 18.00 but the first impression of friendliness and professionalism displayed by Felipa was indeed important to me. When I was called to pick up my pants, I had brought four articles of clothing to be dry cleaned. Two delicates which were old and had some tough molds embodied in the material (woman's and the other a man's Filipino Barong), a men's blazer and a men's trench coat (old but is my husband's favorite and needed some stich repairs done to the lining). Mr. Chan was very detailed as to some of the difficulty that the two barongs would encounter, not being able to fully remove the mold stains and the article damages that might take place due to the age of the clothing. He also spoke of the trench lining, if I wanted stitching to be done seem less (would cost more) or outside. The end results were to the expectations of Mr. Chan's and I went in with not having expectations other than what he had given me. I would definitely recommend this establishment. Very professional, friendly and reliable. Very happy I to have their services. read more
