She has no "overnight facility" meaning we HAD to make a decision under extreme duress and almost no time. We were forced and taken advantage of, our 4-legged family member gone and shown no concern, at all. 1.5 hours isn't even enough time to come up with thousands. Didn't even have time to ask family/friends, or sell securities. We had NO choice. Please, please, please do not take your fur baby/fur babies here. She is cruel and heartless. They do not read prior notes even when in their system and try to overdose dogs. They are using AI note taking instead of typing out on a computer, and the system doesn't record if they do pull-up notes on the computer. They are forming a monopoly in the state and it needs to be addressed. Sad to see poor management causes bad service for animals, whom they claim to care about. They have low rating on Yelp and have red flags all over the place. Do not come to one of these practices.
