The service writers are extremely helpful and friendly. To give you an idea how honest they are.. A few months ago I got a nail in tire on my way to work on a Sunday. I stopped at a tire place near my office. I showed the worker there my tire and he told me I needed to replace the tire. He quoted me $245. I told him that I didn't have that kind of money on me. He then suggested that I could walk up the road to an ATM. He told me he'll do it for $200. It seemed really sus to me. I told him I had to get to work and asked him to put the spare tire on. He then gave me attitude, however put the spare on. I told him I would come back on Monday. I ended up going to Armstrong on Monday. They told me that I did not need a new tire and they could just patch the tire. This is why I go to Armstrong. A few weeks later I got another nail in a different tire and I took my car to Armstrong. Ramon took care of me and looked at the tire. Luckily it just involved patching it. I also noticed that my tire sensor light stopped working after the last nail incident. I asked Ramon about fixing it. He told me as long as I keep checking my tire pressure, I didn't have to fix the sensor, which would have run $240. extremely honest. Everyone is wonderful at Armstrong, however I usually deal with Ramon. Thank you Ramon for always being so kind, caring and knowledgeable. 10 out of a 10.

When I stepped to the counter she greeted me like I was a regular at the shop "Good morning how can we help you today" with a big smile. I told her I was there for a simple oil change she asked if I'd like them to do a tire rotation she said "it's recommended when doing an oil change, but it's up to you" I didn't feel pressured to add services I didn't come for. Amanda was able to get the car taken care of right away I waited about an hour for the oil change and tire rotation, the wait was a breeze. The service tech wasn't condescending when he spoke with me, which if you've ever taking your car to a dealership you know what I'm talking about. The owner does not care about customer satisfaction and does a shady business practice as you can see. Then they contacted me 5'mins before they closed and said how quick can I make it back to the shop, only to find the guy that I handed the keys to went home a long time ago and there was another guy who was in there working on a whole different car while my car was parked on the side. No idea how long my car was actually ready for, I waited all day, turned my car in at 10am and didn't get my car until 7pm, no exaggeration, I got my starter replaced. Should not have taken that long. Oh, and when I showed up, he said "you have the starter replacement right?" We never talked about that, I never said I had the part, he then said okay no problem I could find it, it'll take me an extra 3hours to get it. I just didn't want to deal with this issue anymore so I said sure. I should have taken that as my first sign and left somewhere else. I've had other work done on my car since at a new shop and I'm 1000% happier, better priced, feel valued, plus I can sit inside a shop and wait while my car gets worked on, unlike here. You have to leave and come back once they call you, at the end of the day, 5mins before they close telling you your car is ready, to be picked up by someone you never seen before. OH and these guys don't even report their work into Carfax like every other professional shop does. Everytime a mechanic works on your car, they upload it into carfax to show your recent updates, but this shop doesn't do that. Avoid this shop, let that be an indicator of whether or not you should do business with a mechanic. Very shady to avoid uploading professional required documentation. Now that sucks because when I want to resell my car, my carfax history won't show that I got a new started replaced 2026. There's no history of it whatsoever. Find another more professional mechanic, compare prices, ask if they upload their work into carfax. Ask many questions before agreeing to trust your car with them. How they answer your questions will tell you if you want to do business with them, but do that with others and let me spare you this struggle. Only giving them 2 stars because as far as I know, the starter was actually replaced and haven't had issues since. So I guess they did what they needed to do. But I had a lower quote from another mechanic and I regret not going with him because he's the one I go to now and he charges WAY less for better quality work, he's thorough, takes his time to explain and show you.
