As a high schooler destined for art school, and kind of a campus Goth kid in Chambana, I always loved his unique window displays, lovely staff and then later website. I was so bummed when he closed because far from town, I would always rely on his skills per things for my mother or friends. Difficult would be the word. Recently for a funeral I recommended Rick Orr to many people. They all were continuously hung up on and had extreme difficulty getting their orders placed for the funeral. Before the funeral occurred I received several worried calls from family wondering if their flowers would ever show up. Fortunately the flowers were of exquisite quality, but three of the arrangements were randomly selected when I know friends and family had requested specific flowers. I highly suggest you prepare to call several times and once you get through to have a very specific floral arrangement mapped out in your head so you don't leave anything up to chance. read more

However I called to place a small order (half dozen) four days ahead and this lady by the name of Chris tells me "Sorry, we just don't have time to put together a small order right now." I asked her if I was calling the wrong florist, and she had no problem explaining to me that I was. No customer service here. read more
