We sold our home over a year ago about a month after our insurance premium was paid. Tried notifying as we are due a refund of the difference. It's almost a year later and they could not be bothered to return a call initially, now it's like chasing a disgruntled toddler trying to get information on where the refund is and why it hasn't been sent. This wasn't our first home sale but it was our first time dealing with people so wildly incompetent.

I don't usually write a review unless I feel what happened was unjustified with no reimbursement…read more In short, I purchased a car and told Zach I wanted the exact same coverage as on my Ford Explorer for my 2020 Ford Edge. I have always had full glass coverage and had a $50 deductible for glass on my Explorer. I assumed as I had directed the agent to do that he would include the glass coverage on my Edge. I trusted he would but he didn't. I had a huge rock hit my windshield and when I called I was told I didn't have the coverage and had $500 deductible. I asked why?? I said I had told Zach when purchasing my vehicle at the dealership to give me the full exact coverage. EXACT !!!! Christie told me that they had changed their voice mail recording program and therefore they couldn't prove I said that. So because they changed their system it was my word against the agents. Gee who wins in that scenario? I understand I should have checked my policy but when told you are fully covered I believe it is the agents responsibility to review and compare the policies of both cars. If he sees there is a discrepancy then he should bring it to the clients attention. Chris the owner, said if he helped me with the deductible he would have to do it for everyone. So I just paid $500 instead of $50 as should have been. The good news in all of this is I found Hill Robinson at Southern Coastal Insurance in Daphne, Al. He switched me to a different company and with the glass coverage I am saving over $45/month on payments. He has been in the business for decades. I am simply stating the facts of what happened. I am going to not lambast LTN on the internet. I gave two stars albeit reluctantly. Moral to this story, is don't believe your agent when he says you are getting the exact same coverage. Be diligent and see what he/she has done.
