The proprietor came outside to test it, immediately knew the problem. Then he went inside to locate the part. The office manager jumped in action to help. After a bit they located the part in Florida. The proprietor asked about overnight shipping information. Now pay attention, he asked if I was willing to pay a bit extra to get it the next day. Of course, we said yes. The gentleman then said he expected it at 1p Saturday and they'd be closed. BUT ... he would bring it out to the state park for us because he lived near. He felt bad that we were here for fishing but couldn't due to this mechanical problem. Upon him bringing the starter out, he and his son hastily went to work changing it out! They noticed a solenoid wire was out of place. Without hesitation they fixed it ... Within minutes they were done. THIS is customer service that goes above and beyond! We appreciate it so much because it's the old-fashioned kind of service of the past. Companies can learn from this integrity filled business owner and we are willingly to drive here for any future repairs because he actually cares!
