Me and my pals went here for my bachelor party. I did not care for the carnival-like barkers that greeted us at the door. They tried to hard sell us a bottle of grey goose for like $250 or something. We had 2 for 1 tickets but apparently they were for another Rick's. I found it odd they wouldn't just honor 'em anyway, they're all owned by the same company, right? Anyway, it was still cheap enough to get in, like $10 I think. The place was nice but for a Friday evening at 1 AM it was pretty dead. The waitress was prompt and friendly, as were the strippers. These girls knew what they were doing. I had three highly exceptional lap dances. But the fourth was from a woman who gave me the worst lap dance of my life. She was just tired and didn't want to be there. Nothing personal against her, it was just poorly executed and a waste of my $20. The other ones tho, more than made up for that. These were friendly, sexy professionals! I dunno how expensive the tequila shots we had were, as I didn't pay for any of the booze. At one point I did ask for a water and the waitress brought me what looked like a shampoo bottle filled with $6 worth of chilled tap water. C'mon. Even with the excellent lap dances, the best part of the whole evening was the breakfast buffet at 3:30 in the morning -- billed as "legs and eggs," one of the girls also referred to it as "tits and grits," which is pretty funny, I think. It's alright. Girl at the front was ace. Some of the dancers weren't amazing and lazy. The only ones that were good were the former cheerleader, the schoolgirl outfit wearing one, and the Vietnamese-Chinese one that looked like a royal princess/BEauty Pageant winner. SHe was gorgeous and REALLY nice. She sat with us because she felt comfortable with us and was no bother at all. Drinks are very expensive. Service was good with Yelissa albeit, i didn't want anymore drinks. Never been to a Ricks before and given how many of them there are , I was expecting good things. I was wrong. Ten dollar cover was fine. As soon as I walked through the door there were two women standing right beside it. Hunter (I believe her name was. She said it 3 times and I still didn't catch it) followed me around the club and sat down next to me as soon as I decided where to sit (by the bar). She asks my name followed by asking if I wanted a dance. I hadn't even gotten a drink yet. (Beer was reasonably priced). I told her I just got there and wanted to check out the club a bit. She followed that up rapid firing "how long are you staying? Do you usually get dances? Do you think you're going to want one soon?" Told her I had like an hour to kill. She then told me how much fun we could have in that hour, how this was the best club in the area, how she was the best dancer. She then told me it was slow there and what I saw was it as far as dancers (6 dancers 4 customers including me). She again asked if I was ready for a dance letting me know we'd have a lot of fun. I ignored her. She said she likes to drink to have fun (hint hint). Another dancer sitting across the bar from me was laughing I guess at my facial expressions to this woman. I mouthed "help me" to her. She mouthed back "I can't". The bartender then told me "$10". Apparently Hunter had ordered herself a wine at my expense. I said "I didn't order that". Hunter was now lost in her glass of wine. Bartender looking back and forth from her to me. I didn't want a bouncer problem so I said fuck it. Threw a ten on the bar and got up. Hunter said "you're leaving already? I thought you said an hour". As I headed to the door I passed the other and she said "interrupting a dancer with a customer causes lots of drama in this place". I was there a total of 14 minutes. 2 stars for drink prices which weren't bad and there were some decent looking dancers. If I'm in the area again I would not return here. read more

So the website said pay $20 to get in and get a free meal. I didn't get a free meal so I ordered 1 quesadilla, 2 sml mixed drinks and a small water. It was $43.40 before tip, $63.40 if you count the cost to get in. My server was MIA most of the time. They only had 4 girls taking turns dancing until 11P when a few more came in. Like to get scammed if you get too drunk? This place attempts to encourage the dancers to take advantage of very drunk customers by quickly sweeping them into VIP. This is how they even treat their supposed "long-term" guests. By "drunk" I mean that I witnessed a customer fall out of his chair (he was helped to his feet by the management), who was also unable to find his wallet and no longer appeared to be able to speak. This is a fun club, no drama, non money hungry dancers, nice TVs and didn't have to pay for parking. Came on a Saturday night, 10 pm. $10 cover charge. Waitress promptly greeted me and was nice and friendly. A variety of girls- mostly run-of-the-mill hefty average stripper types. A few however were thin and attractive. Personalities of the girls was bad. Most cloistered together in one corner with a drug- pusher type kid and the requisite balding fat old man. Not a single girl approached me even though the place was full. Only one girl was chatty and seemed to have a personality. Shots cost $8-10 each, water was $4. Not worth returning to. read more

This place is a rip-off and probably losing money fast and trying make it up by way of cover charges. We 4 persons went there for lunch last Friday 07/11/2014 around 12:00pm and were informed that there is a $3.00 cover charge. A cover-charge at lunchtime is not only stupid and repulsive, but with no dancers working at that time and the food being a discounted promotional type, what in the world is the cover charge for??...except for driving customers away. We eventaully walked out and probably would not go back there again. We noticed another group of 4 persons walking out at same time, unhappy and protesting all the way into the parking lot. What a scam. Do not get a private dance. The dancer tells you it's one thing and then by the time you leave, you'll pay a totally different amount. Outrageous cost for mediocre entertainment. I actually work here, as a bartender, and I love it! The girls are all nice and very attractive, unlike other clubs in DFW. The $6 lunch menu items are all DELICIOUS, and it's always $4.25 crown and down, except for Wednesdays, when drinks and domestics are only $2!! read more

After the games on Sunday (Jan 13, 2019) thought I would check out Ricks DFW by the airport. Got there about 8:00pm and other than a couple sitting at the bar who I think were employees, I was the only person there. No girls on stage or anywhere to be seen. Got a beer and sat down. After the $10 cover I didn't want to just leave. One of the dancers came over and sat with me and talked a bit. She said there were 6 or 7 girls there. I usually go to Baby Dolls where are there are always 50+ girls working. Anyway, the girls started dancing on the main stage. Of the 5 or 6 that I saw dance, there was only 1 that I would have considered getting a dance from but she disappeared when she left the stage. I agree with other comments that Rick's is underrated. This is a low pressure, fun atmosphere to have a good time. The girls are great! If you want to enjoy yourself, without getting hassled by high pressure sales, go to Rick's. When on business travel, I purposely stay near Ricks so I can go there (via Taxi). I have been to many and can't say enough good things about the management and staff at this club. The whole experience is great every time. read more

By far one of my favorite places to go to on a Friday/Saturday night. Drinks are on average with a club of its calibur i.e. (Men's Club, The Lodge). Saturday night they have $100 dollar bottles good for if you are balling on a budget. Staff is always friendly to me and my friends when I come in, they actually took the time to know me by name when I come in. Girls are friendly and nice to look at. Managers and staff always seem to act in a professional manner. Whenever I get married lol this will definitely be the place where I throw my bachelor party... They even shuttled me home one time, I lived pretty close to them at that point though. read more

We had being here a couple years ago,1 time, and loved it. Returned last night, on a Saturday evening, and now it was okay. 1. We are a couple and on the positive side there were a few other couples so we did not feel out of place. 2. The club has a nice layout and was not busy with customers. Maybe half the tables filled by 11 p.m. Only 2 stages in use. 3. We paid per drink order rather than run a tab. The wait staff was average. Drinks seems pricey at about $15 for a margarita on the rocks and a cup of coffee but this may be normal. It is the same price at another Rick's in town so it seems to be the norm. 4. Music selection was mostly heavy rock. 5. Dancers were pretty over all. Better than another Rick's went tried a couple weeks ago. 6. We tipped when we liked a dancer. Not make it rain tipping because that is stupid and showy. We tipped a few dollars a dance if it was good. None came by to say thank you later. 7. There is a fine line between dancers aggressively trying to get lap dances and seeming friendly. Dancers mostly sat with what I imagine were their regulars and did not mingle much. One dancer did come by to see if we wanted a dance. 8. I would say what appeared to be regulars were happy so that may be what this club focuses on, not a bad thing if you're a regular. 9. It looked like we saw a few business guys drift in and they got attention rather fast with dancers and wait staff service. That kind of makes sense from the other reviews I read. Will we return, I don't know right now. This is the 2nd of their clubs in the metro we have tried in the past month. I have been to Rick's Cabaret in NYC many times. So when i came to visit Dallas, TX and saw a Rick's i DIDN'T think twice about that being our first CHOICE for a group of friends coming in for a good time with great Drinks and Girls. Boy were we wrong. Drinks were very watered down and there were maybe 5 girls i THINK that were actually working. Some were sitting at the bar eating steaks then went home. We entered Ricks at around 11pm or so. We walked in and saw about 9 girls. After we sat down. noticed half of them leave. This is prime time usually for strip clubs. there is nothing positive that i can think of that happened. This happened on Friday, May 22, 2015. Most of the tables i seen had people looking around to see where the girls were. I am very very disappointed at this, especially being a Rick's Cabaret frequenter.
