Where do we start? I would call this white glove treatment ! Cassandra greeted us; gave us reassurances and became our interface to the offender's insurance company. I had been rear-ended while stopped at a street light. Damage didn't look terrible - but, there was more than damage than initially obvious. The insurance company wanted to get off with a minimum payment, but Cassandra provided extra photos and information -- the result: all work was covered. Then it was time to pick up the car -- WOW ! It looks new (with all Original Manufacturer's parts) -- they even detailed the car to perfection. All work was meticulous. This is an incredibly delayed review, but Rick's is absolutely amazing. I got more than a door ding, hit so hard the door at first wouldn't open, and then wouldn't close. Rick's handled everything from the minute I got the car there, and they had towing and transportation for me available, which is a level of service I've not experienced. They dealt with my insurance, ensured my car was repaired with parts that are robust and not high fail. The repaint was meticulously executed, the door looks brand new, never driven off the lot. I truly can't say enough about the attitude (I guess I didn't mention how incredibly kind everyone was), level of service, work product (perfect), timeliness (car was done within a few days, less than a week), price reasonableness AND dealing with the insurance company so I didn't have to. I have a 2020 Camry that was backed into by a friend's car that ended up leaving a huge dent in the driver's side passenger door, which became an eye sore quickly and was annoying to open and close as it became having to slam it in order to close it all the way. Rick and his team really took the time to get a new door to replace the old and even coat it the same color as the original paint, while they painted and buffed out some little chips on the driver door and near the passenger tire. Honestly was shocked to see my car look like the day I got it, with no trace of there ever being a giant dent in it before. I had an excellent experience at Rick's. I needed a few parts replaced so the left tire would drive straight. I called a lot of places, most of which did not answer or respond, or said they were backlogged for weeks. Tim picked up the first time and said they could get started right away. It took a few days for parts to arrive, but as soon as they did, they fixed my car the next day. I love their office dog, Bruce, who takes it upon himself to greet you in his snazzy bowtie. I also appreciate how the staff were communicative through the whole process. Also, they washed my car! I didn't even recognize it. It drives much better than before and the price was fair.
