My dog wouldn't go for them unfortunately but they will be donated as I cannot stand returning things. Even though it's ok to.... I just don't. A cool place to visit with your pet. I also noted that those asking questions about the puppies on the store's facebook page had their comments deleted and were banned. A huge red flag for me. On my last walk through I was ignored by the staff, so can't speak to customer service beyond that. Given the number of pet stores in the city which sell the same product lines, support rescues and shelters and are open to answering client questions about their suppliers, I will be shopping elsewhere.

I told the person at the cash that I was there and she said sorry the appt is cancelled... I said but I am only 15 mins late and my appt is for 3 hours. She asked the groomer and she declined. Said she didnt have the time now. I asked if they could simply bath the dog and clip the nails without cutting the hair. They said no but If I would have to pay for the appt anyway because I did not show up on time. I paid almost 100.00 for nothing. I can see losing the apt. but why would I have to pay for the spot when it was obviously filled by a walk in? Crazy. Never going there. Would never recommend them.
