Got a Quote from this guy in Feb/March 2025 and paid him half up front for a total bathroom remodel. Workers only showed up about 3 hours a day and half the time I watched them from my cameras. was told at least 10 days they would be there and never showed. Took 2 months to halfway compIeye and had to pay a sheetrock company to finish the ceiling cause it looked like a rollercoaster and now the grout from the shower is falling off and can't get a response. Outstanding service! Rick came to my house at 9:30 pm on Christmas Eve to help with a frozen burst pipe. He was able to turn off the pump, as I did not know how. He offered to return the next day, Christmas, but I told him to enjoy his holiday. He returned on Monday to fix the broken pipe in under 30 minutes. Very professional, prompt and reasonably priced! Hired Rick , paid him $5,000 up front to dig a french drain, my wife told me I should have known better, didn't know anything about him, I had a serious problem with water in my basement with all the rain, on thursday he didn't come to work, friday , he did't work, saturday he worked 4 hours, sunday he wanted to work but he never showed up, monday he worked 3 hours, the following week he moved his equipt to start working for someone. else, he had my money , guess its time to rip someone else off, I told him to take his equipt and not come back. his quality of work was also very poor, I would not recommend him under no conditions, if you want more information look him up under the better business burea read more

Usually Rick's is my go to for plumbing work. This time, I needed a shower fixed, so Rick's was hired for the job. I was charged $130 dollars, which I paid... later I noticed that the shower was not completely fixed, so once again I called Rick's to inform them of the work not being corrected, so they came out & stated that I needed to pay $50 for the work that needed to be done, I was taken by the fact that I'd already paid $130 for them to fix the same problem. So after talking it out, they stated it was a different problem, and that a part would have to be ordered. It's been over a month, still waiting for the part, still calling Rick's only to hear that they'll call me back. Very disappointed read more
