She has no respect for customers whatsoever. The company said someone would come out to look at our water filtration system to determine whether they could service it or not, and then left us with a bill for $225. This was never disclosed. They told us to follow up within 10 days, which we did and then never returned our calls. I had to email them to get someone to contact me. Once she called, she was on the defensive from GO. Blaming the customer for not reading an invoice and following directions to call when we've called multiple times with no return call. She said only one person gets on the phone with customers and she was out of the office due to illness. WHAT?!? TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE SERVICE!
