I was locked out of my place and was shopping around and getting estimates for locksmiths in the area. I called this place around 4:20ish PM and was given a price for $95 which was fair. I said thank you. Unfortunately other places were too busy or weren't answering. I then called this place again at 5pm and then Rick started laughing and said "oh yea you called earlier.....well now it's $135". He continued laughing and then said "that's what happens when you try shopping around or when you try getting my service after all". That shows the professionalism of this locksmith company. If you want to be treated well call Chachos locksmith or C&D locksmith. These two locksmiths will treat you with respect and won't try taking advantage of you. Hi, I called Roadrunner this morning to key keys made for my stolen RV. They were very polite and professional. They said they were very busy, but they would get back to me later today and get over to the tow yard where the RV was located. I am in Hawaii, so it was reassuring to know I would be able to get keys made for a fair price. Later that day, the two yard called and said they found keys to the RV. I called Roadrunner and told them I did not need their service and they were very nice and happy that I had keys fould.
