Josh is awesome. We…read moremet him at a bridal show early last year. Of all of the photographers we met, spoke with, and came across, he seemed the most laid back & genuine. And that remained true through our entire experience with him. He was SUPER flexible with price and even worked with us to make payment arrangements. He always communicated with us very rapidly & was flexible around schedules. We booked with him and received a complementary engagement session & he was willing to drive a bit to where we wanted to have our session. He spent WELL over an hour with us, made us feel super comfortable, and ultimately gave us pictures we thoroughly enjoyed. The day of the wedding, he was willing to do some interesting shots, and he was the perfect blend of getting a few shots we (my husband & I) thought would be interesting & giving us direction. So far, we've seen a blog post (less than two weeks after the wedding) & I absolutely love all the images. He was able to capture our character & the spirit of the evening. My company worked with Zach on headshots . He was given specifics and images of exactly what was…read morerequired . In addition to emails and pictures I told him before beginning my shoot that my company was very picky and needed images to be exactly like the examples provided. They were not even close and were rejected. He then went back and edited them , again not what I said was needed. His written response was to have our in house photographer attempt to correct them. We have had to use another photographer. He is now refusing to refund the money paid to him! He's saying all shoots are for services rendered , however there is no contract stating that. Stay away from this person! He is now offering a reshoot but knows , based on written documentation that we are past our deadline and cannot do reshoots . He is also saying there was a breakdown in communication prior to the shoot which can be proven incorrect, again with written documents.
