Great menu and authentic Cuban food. Lots of options for lunch or dinner on the go. Nice inside and plenty of parking make it easy.

This is not the actual restaurant, it changed to a complete different concept, new menu, new food, and it's not that good. A no no.

This was our first visit to Hola Cantina and it was fantastic! The food was excellent, from the…read morechips and salsa (beware the yellow salsa - super hot), the street corn, and the entrees. I had the mahi mahi tacos and they were too much for me, in part because they came with three sides, all delicious. My husband had the carne asada quesadilla and enough left over for lunch tomorrow. I tried the lime margarita, also excellent, and we couldn't leave without trying the churros for dessert. The ambience is lovely, with gorgeous decor, comfortable booths, and an excellent Hispanic music playlist. This is our new favorite Mexican restaurant. Big shoutout to our server, Brandy, who knew just when to replace the lemonade, and suggested the excellent street corn. We will be back very soon!

I really like the interior decor which is like a very contemporary and upscale Mexican. They have a variety of table and booth seating and a large bar. Our server, Hunter, was very friendly and attentive. He always ended every interaction with "have fun!" I tried the "el corazon" sangria which was delicious! It had a wonderful, warm flavor with a light hint of cinnamon yet it was still cold and refreshing! A cool tip - each drink comes with a little card with a symbol on it and the drink ingredients. Save this card! At each table is a game board of sorts that offers various prizes as you match the cards on the game board sort of like bingo. We really enjoyed the complimentary chips and salsa, and we tried the traditional guacamole with vegetables as well. The guacamole was wonderfully cool and creamy and flavorful. For my entree, I tried the chicken fajitas which is served on a steaming platter with various accompaniments. This was also very delicious, and the chicken was quite flavorful and juicy. A small side note - it was served with a cous cous of sort, but I think I would've preferred a simple Spanish rice. The chicken portion size also seemed a bit smaller than when we get fajitas at Chili's. I would recommend you get double meat if you want to share. We decided to try the chocolate flan and the fried ice cream sundae for dessert. I preferred the flavor of the flan and the unique textures of the flan which had the jiggly caramel flan part on top of a more cake like chocolate part below. I honestly think the fried ice cream was not too good. It did not taste freshly fried, and the coating was very dry and brittle and hard to eat. I prefer the places that serve the fried ice cream warm with a very bubbly crust that is both crunchy outside and a bit soft inside. This was not that. Overall, though, we really enjoyed the dining experience here! We will probably return and try their weekday "Fajitas and Ritas" special! I recommend Hola!

Wow! Being that I worked in the higher end food service industry, this place really impressed me…read more Our server, BK/Brandon, was amazing! Our busser girl was also very sweet. The ambiance in here is so fun as is the fire show girl. The music is loud so I wouldn't bring kids here. Definitely more of an adult, romantic restaurant for couples, groups, or girls night out. We started with the chips and salsa, guacamole, calamari, hamachi, and caesar salad. All were incredible. Their salsa is more thick and creamy and not too spicy! Guacamole was delicious and flavorful. It came with plantain chips, but we preferred the normal chips. Calamari was perfectly cooked, not chewy, and came with a green salsa sauce. The sauce didn't have much flavor. This dish could be elevated by adding a spicy pepper or spicy aioli as the sauce! Caesar salad portion was huge! Perfectly coated sauce, a little kick, and so delicious! For drinks, I tried their new wellness mocktail, the Alchemist. Though it was tasty, it was a very small glass, which I didn't feel was worth $16. For entrees, we had the ribeye and New York strip. We had the side of whipped potatoes, corn, and truffle fries. Both steaks were delicious, but a little under cooked for both of them. Whipped potatoes were smooth and fabulous. Corn was better than I expected! Like elote style but it's not on the cob. Truffle fries were very tasty, but just like any average curly fry. For dessert, we had the platter with a variety of 3 desserts. All of them were AMAZING! The warm cake was like a butter cake with ice cream, the strawberry tres leches was light and sweet, and the brownie was rich! All of the desserts had fresh berries. We paired our desserts with an americano. We left so full and happy. What an amazing restaurant. I can't wait to come back.

The birria eggrolls were crispy and full of flavor, bringing a fun fusion approach to a popular classic dish. The guacamole was refreshing and perfectly seasoned with warm, fresh tortillas chips on the side. The chilaquiles verdes with Tinga chicken were incredible! The rice was fluffy and the beans did not fall short. The My Mom's Tacos were LOADED with ground beef and toppings. And last but definitely not least, the horchata latte was perfectly balanced with the richness of the coffee and the sweetness of the horchata. 10/10 no notes The food came out incredibly quickly and our server, Anthony, was attentive, respectful, and friendly (ending each sentence with maam or sir). He checked on us very often and cleared our table quickly as needed. The interior of this restaurant is quite small but the decorations, music, and cute furniture made up for that. We had about a 20-minute wait for a table, which wasn't bad considering how popular the restaurant is. I would definitely recommend making a reservation if you can. The restaurant is on the smaller side, but it's warm, welcoming, and has a cozy atmosphere. The staff was friendly, and while we were waiting, another customer told us we had to try the birria eggrolls, saying they were absolutely amazing. They were right! We ordered the birria eggrolls along with several other dishes, and everything we tried was exceptional. The food was fresh, flavorful, and well worth the wait. It's easy to see why this place has such a great reputation. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in the area. If you're looking for delicious Mexican food with a cozy atmosphere, Carolina's Mexican Kitchen is absolutely worth a visit.
