Mr. Caldwell never listened to my concerns. In my opinion, for this kind of job the provider needs to listen closely to the patient in order to perform an outstanding job and by the end make the patient happy. Three months before taking my braces off in November 2016 Mr. Caldwell broke my bridge loose because he tides all the wires so hard that honestly, I was in pain for a month. (bridges cost more than $4000) I got mad at him and we had an argument; two weeks later I received a letter from him where he had dropped me as a patient without finishing the job. The bad side about this situation was that I had already pay the full amount of $5000. Therefore, Caldwell didn't care about me, he cares just about the money. As a result, I turned Mr. Caldwell into the better business bureaus (BBB) and he responded to me with a referral to Linda Bridge (SouthEastern Dental) to make me a new bridge but that place lacked the skills that were needed to perform the correction. Lastly, I want to say that I lost all my money. My teeth started separating since he didn't finish the job. In addition, I need to see a cosmetic dentist to work on another bridge. New patients, please learn from me, don't pay to Palmetto Family Orthodontics any money up front, because if you are unhappy with the orthodontics procedure you can easily walk away and look for another orthodontics.

They have female Dentists which I had never had! Plus they are just a little more than a mile from where we live! To give you an idea about them is, a short time ago I had a pain in my upper back tooth. It was painful and I called them to see when they could see me. They were able to see me that afternoon and 'we all found out' I actually had a hole in my tooth! Very unusual, but, the next day they were able to fill it and that is what I call 'Awesome'! My husband and I are both thrilled we have found these wonderful Professionals and a knowledgeable group of caring and kind individuals!

I stumbled upon Trailhead because they were in our dental care network and set up appointments for my 3 kiddos (ages 10, 8, and 5). This office is not specifically a pediatric dental office, but my kids had a great experience and the staff was very kind and good with kids. The office manager made it simple to schedule the appointments and didn't keep us waiting very long. In fact, they scheduled us at a time when 2 hygienists were working so that two could be cleaned at the same time, which was convenient for me time-wise. I was most impressed by Dr. Price, Zach, and the the rest of the staff at Trailhead. They were friendly, attentive, and patient while working with young children. The kids actually enjoyed the experience and were not at all put off or made nervous by anyone there. I will be recommending their office to friends and family in the future!
