This company is refusing to admit this ring was brought to them with the satin finish on the ring. I've provided pictures and original receipt showing this ring had a satin finish. They continue to deny their mistake of removing the satin finish. I have hired a different jeweler who is willing to return my sons ring to its original state before his wedding.

The owners of this business are by far the worst and most dishonest people I have come across in my entire adult life. My son purchased a satin finished engagement ring in 2021 for his upcoming wedding. He needed it sized so we thought we would give a local jeweler an opportunity to do the work. They sized the ring and all was fine until we picked it up and realized they buffed the satin finish off completely. Mistakes happen and I get that but what happened next was completely wrong on so many levels. When we questioned them about the issue they completely thought we were lying about the finish and accused us of trying to get a free service. We provided pictures and a receipt showing the satin finish and they again called us liars. The one thing I am so grateful for is that we didn't trust them with more expensive jewelry. We will get the ring fixed by a professional jeweler and it won't cost us much. Britton Jewelers had the opportunity to make it right by spending a little time on labor but instead lost our business and that of our friends forever. If you are considering doing business with them be very careful. I never leave reviews but feel I must warn others. It's not about the money at all, just trying to help others in the community.
