I brought my bike to him to…read morefix a carb issue and put a back shock in and look over the bike before riding season and he had my bike for bout 2 months and we called him almost every other week about how close my bike is done and he would say that it was bout done and I had many friends tell me that there was kids in atc working in my bike while he watched and after I got my bike back I had it back for 2 days barley rode it at all and it blew up because he didn't put any anti freeze in the bike and it blew the top end and he put the wrong spark plug and it had corrosion all over it and it had rust on it.

I have stopped by here a few times when I am in desperate need of general maintenance parts. Every…read moresingle experience here has been excruciating. First, they never pick up the phone. By chance if they ever do then they will transfer you to another department and they never pick up the phone. Second, the two individuals that work behind the parts desk have their heads buried in their phones looking at their social media. I know this because I have stood their watching them while they are doing it and never looking up to acknowledge me. When there eventually is an acknowledgment, its not what anyone would recognize as customer service. Its like talking to someone that comes off angry like you are bothering them. By no means would I ever recommend this place for parts or service. I have no clue how they sell any side by sides, dirt bikes, or four wheelers etc. Iv stood there looking at dirt bikes for well over 20 minutes before and not a single person came out to talk to me. Another place opened up local that is cheaper and the people are amazing so if you have a choice, save yourself some wasted time and frustration and go somewhere else.

He texted me and apologized and said "I'll be there Thursday or Friday" Friday rolled around and guess what.....no show A week went by and I texted him again and asked if he was going to come look at it, or if I needed to figure something else out. His reply... "Yes! Sorry I've had a ton of stuff at the school this week, I'll come by Thursday or Friday at the latest" And guess what.... He didn't show up....again I waited almost 3 weeks and asked if he was ever going to come by, or if I needed to figure something else out. . His response "Sorry man. I was on vacation last week and I'm just now getting caught up. I will make it there by Thursday of next week. I promise." Guess what...I'm still having to borrow my neighbor's mower. This whole ordeal started on MAY, 11 2023. It is now AUGUST 4, 2023 and my mower is still sitting in the exact place that I pushed it into in the garage almost 3 months ago. I've never had this much trouble trying to hire someone.
