Do not rent from this property management company. He is completely unhinged when it comes to the way he runs his business and properties. While living in one of his properties I witnessed behavior from him that breaks Missouri Tenant Law including, but not limited to, entering my neighbor's apartment when she wasn't at home and walking around to check on things without her permission. He kept 70% of my security deposit for cleaning, which I won back in small claims court. The judge didn't believe a word he said and neither should you. He fails to give proper move out inspections, allows maintenance issues to build up before sending someone over, and doesn't take crime in his properties seriously. On multiple occasions the police had to come to my building due to issues with a neighbor, including the tenant's boyfriend breaking into the building in the middle of the night through the front door and then he broke the upper window when she wouldn't answer the door. In a snide comment on my review on reviewmylandlord, this landlord denied there was ever a burglary and called me a deadbeat tenant for sharing my experiences.
