We were given a blank slate, with no tables or chairs set up so we were able to set up tables how we wanted and we just had to clean up at the end of the night. They took care of tearing down the tables and chairs which was nice. There is a large bar area that is inset from the main hall, there is a huge kitchen for food service with plenty of prep space and serving space that is set back from the main room, but still easy for guests to get to. There is also a nice foyer with bathrooms just outside of the main room, which is great if you want to make a call. There is a large stage set up, which works for a band or how we had it set up with the bridal party on it. The only complaint about it is that the stage steps are a little scary/unstable and there is no railing on the side no guests who have had too much to drink could easily fall off. Other than that large, clean room, with strings of lights on the ceiling causing a beautiful glow, this is a great area for a large gathering!!

Wow, what a wonderful surprise to pull off hwy 35 after miles of farming fields and land in this…read morelush green campground. Filled with huge shade trees and grass I was so happy to be in the woods. Lots of peaceful trails that have been mowed, take you deeper into and under the canopy of trees and ferns. I know most people probably camp here for the lake, but for me it is all about being in nature. Lots of frogs along the grassy shoreline, bunnies in the open grass areas and plenty of birds. $16 is a great deal for sites with electricity. Happy to be here.

Something for everyone…read more Even if you dont want to swim, there's pleanty of places to sit in the covered tent areas or lay and get a nice toasted tan. Just remember, it does cost $3.00 if your a non swimmer. $4.00 for a swimmer. This place has a kiddy pool with a waterfall, jr. pool with small water slides, fountains and 2 giant water slides for the bigger kids. Diving boards with a med sized water slide and an olympic sized open area for lap swimmers and so on. If you get hungry they even have a snack bar. The only negative this place has is the locker rooms. They really need an upgrade. Broken faucets, cracked flooring and so on. I still give it 5 stars because it's still a great pool with lots to offer.
