Female, older provider did a rush exam and said no point doing a test, it was COVID. No medication, no antibiotics. Take Mucinex. Wife is a nurse, and wanted them to re-evaluate. Staff said come back tomorrow "there would be someone else here." 400 bucks, no thanks. Came home and saw my Dr., ran all test and said I have a respiratory infection. Antibiotics, inhalers, the works. Feeling much better. Just a tip; don't get sick in Banff and go to Alpine for help.

He was patient and did not rush us, and took time to follow through to ensure we received the correct diagnosis and care. I work in health care myself and found him to be wonderfully thorough- he cared about finding the information, explaining it well, and delivering accurate and informed care. His staff was also friendly. I would most certainly have him as a family physician based on this experience.

He has a wonderful sense of humor and never makes a person feel like just another body through the turnstile. He pays attention to detail and is up to date in his knowledge of new developments and procedures. He is excellent about guiding you to a specialist, or the appropriate diagnostic procedure. I really hope I die before he retires because I don't know what I'll do without him.

She was professional and spent allot of time chatting and was nice to not feel rushed. It's a brand new clinic in the NW and they are taking new patients, which is great. They also have an on site pharmacy , which helps for prescriptions and plenty of free parking.

They were very friendly and professional over the phone, so I decided to drive over to their location which is in a very convenient spot. They were wonderful and incredibly helpful as soon as I walked in and made the whole process easy. I only had to wait maybe 5 minutes before being brought into the back. They also have the pharmacy inside which is AMAZING! Again, I only had to wait maybe another 5 minutes for my prescription to be filled. I will definitely be going back and highly recommend!
