That is funny coming from a person who tried to sue Department of Homeland Security because she was asked to lose weight and participate in exercising to stay fit for duty . Like many attorneys (this is…read morewhat separates a good one from a poor one), you will speak to her the first day for the consultation, she will be vague in her answers and once paid you will only speak to her paralegal and assistant. Once when I called her for an urgent update (as you may know immigration courts request things/ make decisions with little or no time to react) and her paralegal called us back and requested that we only call her go forward and not the attorney. This is the type of attorney you will be hiring. When we received the outcome of the case, it was also her paralegal who informed us, not even the attorney could call and explain outcome or next steps. Also, once hired the scope of her services changed, we basically paid her to send a cookie cutter motion that is used over and over and have a name copy and pasted....no personal touch, did not even question the person in ICE custody, nor her family... so there is no possible way she could've earnestly fought this case without any knowledge. Honestly, her paralegal did all of the work, which she was responsive and great, but we hired an attorney...not a paralegal. Do your research, there is a reason she has no/poor reviews. Lesson learned. If you have an immigration case, please it is the most difficult thing to go through, the last thing you need is a cold, impersonal and non attentive lawyer and this is unfortunately what you will get with Priscilla.
