April 2025 - This small business went above and beyond helping us with our needs selecting a great welding machine. They were very knowledgeable and helpful making a choice. Clare (forgive me if I spelled the name wrong) went out of her way to make sure we got our order within a day shipped from a local warehouse. She communicated via email and telephone with updates and status. She gave us the best price out of all the businesses we attempted to make a purchase from. I will definitely order all our equipment and accessories from them. Her boss should be proud about her work ethic and helpfulness with customers making it a great experience. Feb 2023 - Orders sometimes do not go as planned for lots of reasons - we get it. We ordered a .068 F/C spool with associated tips and accessories, we were told it was all in stock and would be delivered via standard ground ($35) within days. when pkg came, one item was missing - not on ship ticket but on invoice. Calls got us nowhere. We ordered tips again from somewhere else after the first ten days. Long story short, after FOUR WEEKS and receiving zero response about our order from RiG, our tips were delivered with a ship date of two days prior to delivery. No Response to several calls/emails at all? Why? Roll the dice or just go some else. Beware. read more
