I highly recommend Right2Left as an alternative to the "too big to fail" process service providers in the Kansas City area. They have completed service on every project I've sent them. Upon uploading an assignment to their portal, I receive a phone call or non-automated email acknowledging the assignment quickly thereafter. While in the field, they collect information about the target and generate leads to complete the serve. This is what really sets them apart from other companies I've used in the past. It is the first time in a long time that I don't feel the need to babysit the serves and I can just send over the documents and trust that they will do the work. I want to share this horrible experience with you on the Right 2 Left process service (David Swinford and Lorraine Swinford husband and wife). I emailed the citation/alternate service to them on April 3, 2019 which only required to attached to the defendant's front door. April 4, 2019 Lorraine Swinford emial back to me said: Posted to the front door of defendant. I told them: mail the service Affidavit back to the court. I paid them for the service, I though that is done. I called the court on April 15, 2019 and find out they did not receive the service Affidavit. I called and emailed David. April 16, David emailed me back: "I contacted the post office and they advised that the letter could take as long as a week and half to get there. We have sent a second letter priority mail today. I called the court on April 19, 2019 thinking this time guaranty the court got it, BUT STILL NOT RECEIVE. I contacted David again since priority mail has tracking number, he said will do it and get back to me, and he never did. April 22, I called David again, he said the post office is closed and is weekend, just making excuses. I asked him to give me the tracking number, I can do it online, he never provide to me. April 23, I have to called David and he still give me the run around, I asked David: please be honest with me if it was mailed, while we are talking his wife Lorranine join the conversation, obvious she was on the same phone line listen to our conversation and she told me she was the one did the work and shout to me: "Shut Up" then hang up the phone.
