Many dealerships like to tell you, "sorry we are buried in this car" and are unwilling to work with you. I'm sure many people have had their fair share or poor experiences at a dealership. Not to mention, even if you agree on the price you have to spend more time going through finance and they try to up sell you on every warranty under the sun! At Jones Motors, you will not get that! It's simple, easy and most importantly a fun experience. Yes, I said fun. I've purchased multiple vehicles from this place and each time have had nothing but a great experience. My last vehicle I purchased from Jones Motors I did most of my dealings over the phone. When all was said and done, I drove down to their location and literally spent about 10 minutes in that place, signed some papers and off I went! No issues, no pressure, and my vehicle was all cleaned up and waiting for me to pick it up! Such a great experience! Not to mention their showroom is ridiculously clean! They have always been professional, courteous, and helpful. I've taken the car in several times for it to be repaired and the same issues arise. This company will text you to tell you that you owe them money but they won't text you to tell you that they are either going to come take your car or they are going to shut your starter off. On top of that, the vehicles that you rent are really old, stinky like old man, sweat and smoke, the interiors are falling apart, as well as the bodies. They might work with you once or twice if there is no work available for a rideshare or gig apps, but it comes at a cost of them, holding it over your head. I would recommend UCars for the same price; they have nice cars, charge the same, and fix any issues the first time you bring it in. I have never had a business text me to ask me this stuff and it's really kind of creepy if you ask me. The text below that is shared was sent AFTER the car was turned in. Nothing about the car and now they're already threatening me with collections on Day 1 of turning in my car due to it not being safe to drive. (Will update with screenshot of invoice). The overall demeanor of the employees here is pretty condescending. From the ladies working in the front office being rude when you tell them that there's something wrong with the car and insinuating that you did something to it, to the financial people who do these kinds of weird practices of texting people after a contract has expired. They were super easy to work with and there seemed to be a lot of different selections. One thing to be very aware of is that most of the vehicles on their lots are "buybacks". This means that they are cheaper but they could be considered a lemon and it may be hard to sell or have some issues that come down the road. Of course, there could be nothing wrong with it as some states have very lenient return laws so that the buyback could be for the smallest thing. Just make sure you know what you're getting into as you look for your car here. Of course there's nothing wrong and nothing but. Just want to make sure proper information is provide for you yelpies!
