I had to call (3weeks later) to inquire about the death certificates and another 3 weeks for the remains.

Thankfully a close family friend recommended Kilpatrick's and put us in touch with Martin. He was able to help that same day, making sure my late mother was in good care all the way from the hospital to Kilpatrick's. When my dad and I met with him the following morning, Martin walked us through every step, all the paper work, the check boxes, the details. He was very patient with us from the start, making sure we took a break (very overwhelming) during our meeting and even followed up with us a week later. The staff we also met at the Marshall St. location were great too. We made the mistake of parking in the back, thinking we would be blocking the driveway. They had been waiting for us and made sure to let us know parking in front okay (not a tow zone, FYI - looks deceiving).

Nothing about my family member looked like her! It looked like the didn't have room in the casket so they pushed her head down into her body and then dressed her. It appeared she had no neck. Her hand weren't positioned any better. I have been to funerals where the person actually looked like themselves but this was an awful, unnatural final memory. They should be ashamed to have everyone visit her looking like that. Another reason to choose cremation.

And even started the service with out my sister being present after she told the main man that she had to go to the restroom real quick. then to top it all off we put a very beautiful shepard's hook out at his grave only for them to take his down, while leaving other peoples up.said he couldn't have it up...someone please tell me why they refuse for his to be up but lets others stay up.to me that is not professional. if one must go they all should have to go. what's your opinion?.we were just trying to show our love for my brother as everyone else did for their loved ones
