They also do not contact ME, it is the other way around. After a few months I contacted them asking for an update. They said they'll work on it. That was TWO MONTHS AGO. I haven't heard anything from them. Isn't this their business, to write resumes? Why would it take MONTHS? Beware: once they receive your payment then don't do a whole lot of help you. Use someone other than this company.
