Right Price Plumbing and Septic, LLC Came to my house to fix a leak in my basement toilet. We both left the house at the same time. When i returned 7 hours later my basement has 2 inches of water in it!!! they claimed it wasn't their fault!!! Back and Forth, Back and Forth, they claim it was an existing issue, we claimed they left the toilet running all day on something they did or didn't do. (see attached) They fixed everything they claimed was wrong! Their insurance company sent an "Expert" who came he and I discussed the issue and the fact that we used the toilet on a daily basis and we have had people stay in the basement, use the shower, the toilet, sink and everything and we NEVER had any problems with "a sewer line backed up due to a back water valve being broken and clogged with toilet paper and waste." I spoke with him and he said if there was any problem what so ever with the valve the only way it would have backed up is if it ran with a HEAVY FLOW of water for a long period of time. I also spoke with the insurance company they said they were willing to pay the insurance claim except the plumber who came out to do the work (Gary) said "With Out A Doubt, 100% sure" he did not leave the water running. Kevin claims that we have an issue with the flush handle sticking and that is the problem, so which is it?!? Gary leaving it running with Sticking handle or Kevin making a false claim? STAY AWAY! I never write reviews, but I can not brag about these guys enough! We have an older septic tank and a lot of teenagers and young adults, plus me and my husband, needless to say we have to have our tank pumped every one or two years, I love this company and have been using them for our home and my in-laws home for many years. Every time I call they get us scheduled either the same day or the next morning, this morning the appointment was for 9-10 am, the guys had an issue before me and called immediately to let me know they may be a few minutes late and apologized. The communication they have with customers has always been phenomenal! Every time I must get lucky because Aric is always who shows up and I can't say enough how great he is! His kindness, knowledge, and professionalism is the kind of employee that right price should definitely be proud of. A few years ago he recommended a lid for our tank that cuts back on digging up our yard every time and also saves us money by them not having to dig, and it has been such a blessing with as often as we need this fabulous company! Today he had some younger guys with him and he was very dedicated to teaching them and with them to make sure everything was done correctly, he could have easily just told them what to do but, he wasn't afraid to jump in and get his hands dirty in this stinky job (lol). Kevin spent MANY hours on the phone with the manufacture and the distributor to help resolve this problem for me. We had Right Price Plumbing and Septic out to fix a small leak in our toilet. We left after they finished the work. When I came home 7 hours later I heard rushing water and ran downstairs. When I stepped off the bottom step I stepped right into 1" of water throughout the entire finished basement. When I turned the water value supply line to the toilet off the rushing water noise stopped. Our entire finished basement consisting of a bedroom, playroom, tv room and two full Gyms was destroyed. Plumber came back out and fidgeted with something in the bathroom and claimed to have done nothing wrong. The owner came out and again would not take responsibility for their actions. The basement was dry when they came and flooded after they left. They will not take responsibility and we are having. To file a claim with our homeowners insurance. COMPLETELY UNFAIR THAT WE NEED TO PAY EVEN A DIME FOR THIS. if we had never called them we would not be in this predicament. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE DISHONEST AND DO NOT STAND BY THEIR WORK. We found a leak in our basement last night, sent Kevin with Right price plumbing a text message at 5 am this morning and by 5:30 am he gave my husband a return call. We have never experienced such prompt service by anyone else. Kevin and his team showed up at 9 this morning and found the leak and because my house is 43 yrs old and the plumbing is just as old. Kevin put new pipes in where they needed to be and even found another area that was showing problems and fixed that with no issues. If you need any kind of plumbing or septic needs you will not get better service than with Right Price plumbing. I personally will only work with Kevin and his team. read more

Best experience with these guys! Within 2 hours of making a call for "help" (at 4:30 in the afternoon) they came out, fixed my toilet, cleaned out my septic tank, and replaced a part in my tank and were finished!
