I am a homeowner who hired Nathan to install bathroom fixtures and to run a basement condensate line. Before we hired Nathan we asked if he was licensed and insured and he told us he was a licensed and insured plumber. The person who recommended him to us discovered after the fact that the work he did for her was also subpar. Soon after he arrived at our house I noticed some suspicious details: He came without the necessary tools for the job... he was borrowing my tools and materials. He didn't know how to install a sink trap or even which one to buy (he used the local hardware store rather than a plumbing supply outlet, unusual for a "licensed" plumber) He didn't know how to properly clean, prep, and glue the PVC for the condensate line. He didn't have PVC glue or the tools to cut the PVC. He asked to use my table saw to cut the PVC... major red flag! If I weren't home he may have caused a lot more damage, but luckily I stayed home because, frankly, I didn't trust him alone in my house and I felt uneasy about the repercussions of asking him to leave. I paid him because I wanted him out of my house. I didn't realize until later that everything he touched was worse than when he arrived. Once he was gone my wife and I were stunned by the work he "did"... lots of bad looking connections and some leaks once we started using the sink. We called a plumber recommended by a contractor-friend and when the LICENSED plumber asked who did the work he looked up Nathan and told us that Nathan was in fact NOT licensed. We confronted Nathan and he told us he was licensed in Texas... which is also not true. The real plumber fixed everything, but he noted these details about Nathan's work: He was unable to properly install the bathtub faucet, which was leaking INTO THE WALL CAVITY when he left. I didn't realize this because it was leaking into the wall. He misinstalled the sink trap which was slowly leaking onto the floor after we used the sink. He damaged the copper in the bathroom because he cut the tub spout outlet too short, installed the trap so it leaked into the wall, and over tightened the shower head... we spent more than $800 to undo his damages, which was a favor that the licensed plumber gave us because he felt bad for us. Nathan/his LLC has no insurance! You will notice he claims to be 100% licensed and insured on this page. My initial thought was one of pity and compassion... I gave him time to reform and do the "right thing," but he has continued to do this kind of work in the community, and a local group has put together information that proves he has continued to steal and manipulate people. I assure you this is not a typical interaction for me. I have never been "conned" before working with this guy. The other posts with negative reviews are very similar in nature to the experience we had with him and that is the reason I'm spending so much time writing this review... Shady. Unprofessional. Terrible. I hired Nathan to do siding on my home as well as gutters. The project was supposed to be done in 2 weeks. It has now been over 5 months and only about twenty percent of the project if finished. I've outlined my concerns and requested a refund. He won't give me my deposit back or come finish the work. I've heard every excuse in the book why he won't finish my project. My building materials have been warped from sun damage since they were not installed on schedule. Raw lumber has been left exposed to the elements and will now need to be torn off and replaced. Do not hire this contractor unless you like listening to lies and deception on the daily. I saw online that the owner has previous home repair fraud charges. I asked him about it. He'll told me everything I wanted to hear to get my down payment and then didn't show up to do his part of the work. In fact he told me he'd be here this week to do some work and I havent seen or heard from him. He quotes a cheap price to get a foot in the door, then adds on extra stuff to make him more expensive than other bids. If you're considering doing business with Right Time...It'll be the Wrong Time for you. read more

I hired Nathan to paint my daughter's bedroom and pull up the carpet and lay the luxury plank vinyl flooring. The job was done within the weekend and it was great. I hired Nathan again to build a huge bookshelf for my basement and while he built it well and it wouldn't fit down my stairs, I ended up putting it in my living room which worked out even better. It is so eye catching and lights up the room. I then hired Nathan again to paint another bedroom and he chose the perfect shade of color and got the job done efficiently. I just wanted to give Nathan with Right Time a great review. Not only did we receive an estimate within 24 hours of calling Nathan but he was able to do so for free. Given the time of year we didn't expect to get responded to so quickly. A previous contractor left our bathroom a mess and never showed back up, we needed this job done prior to Christmas eve and he was able to meet our needs and then some!
