My son complete 2 classes with this company prior to the pandemic. He had his last class scheduled for March 27th that was already paid for. This class had be canceled because of the shutdown of the company. Which I completely understood. I'm a nurse and I knew this may be an issue. They did not know when they would be able to reopen, so asked them to refund my payment until they reopened. Now they reopened, and my son has his driver's test on 7/28. I called and they want me to pay a higher fee and they don't have an appointment until 8/1. The receptionist is very rude every time I've called. I even asked for the owner to call me to discuss this problem, she did not help me either. She restated that I would need to pay the higher rate since I got a refund. She also said she had 100's of students that didn't get a refund. As if its a punishment. read more

Hands down this is the BEST driving school in Lancaster. The prices are reasonable, the office staff are friendly, and the cars are up to date and very clean. Alexis and Solomon were my instructors. They taught me everything I needed to know. I went from being scared to drive to being completely comfortable behind the wheel. Both Alexis and Solomon are professionals when it comes to driving and will teach you ALL the rules of the road, which is great for someone learning how to drive. They were always friendly, patient, and had no problem answering my questions that I had. Money well spent!!! read more

This driving school is the worst, not only you have to pay a lot for the behind the wheel classes but they are rude, The instructors are rude to the kids. The instructor for the last class didn't give my daughter her certificate of completion, she asked if she needed anything else from her and she said NO, when I called back because the DMV asked for a certificate they said I had to pay $35 for a copy of something that we didn't get. They tried to blame my daughter of loosing it. I was there with her when she asked. Very disappointed with this place. read more

I sent my daughter and son through this school and it was a great program. Terry has created a great environment for the kids in the classroom and in the car. They have great drivers that went with my kids and one of them had both the same one and she remembered my son. When it came time for the license test my daughter got -0 marks! This is a great driving school! Terry is so kind and funny. His lectures are very interactive and engaging and include real life examples/scenarios which are very helpful. This class not only teaches the rules of the road, but also emphasizes the importance/responsibility that comes with driving a vehicle. It's a nice place. When I got there at 8am it was already crowded so if you want to have options on where to sit get there a little bit earlier. Very informative and easy to pass the test. Teacher tries to make it fun and educational because in reality nobody wants to be there but we do what we gotta do for our own mistakes (even if it wasn't); in my case I did make a mistake and I gotta make it right by going to this school. Anyways you pass the class n they send your certified approval rating electronically instead of you going through all of the hassle of doing it yourself. read more

The only reason why I'm giving this place a one star review is because zero isn't an option... Probably the worst driving school anyone can ever go to! Please, please, PLEASE, if you're considering taking driving lessons here... DON'T. It'll be a waste of your time and a waste of your money. First of all, each lesson is $85.00 AND you have to pay in advance, BEFORE your driving lesson, something that is very inconvenient for most people. I tried to cancel my 3rd lesson because I knew I was going to waste my time if I went with it but couldn't because they don't give refunds... Second of all, for all the driving lessons you take, you may not always have the same driving instructor and car, which I honestly think is very unorganized of this school. How will the other instructor know your progress from your 1st or 2nd lesson? How are you supposed to learn how to drive well if you keep switching off from one car to another? Sadly, I got cursed with driving instructors who don't know how to instruct to save their lives. Worst of all, I had the same instructor for my 1st and 3rd lesson, Juan. Probably the worst driving instructor I've ever had. He won't speak one bit during the lesson, you're practically taking a cruise around the whole valley for two hours, committing a lot of errors you're not aware of because he won't tell you. Whoever hired him as a driving instructor, YOU SCREWED UP. On our 3rd lesson, he didn't even practice me in residential areas and backing up yet for the paper he gave me, he put that I needed to practice in those two areas. Worst driving school experience ever, I DO NOT recommend this place to ANYONE. Please, please, please, steer clear of this place! I will definitely not let my younger brothers come here when they start learning how to drive! read more
