Our refrigerator was not working properly so we called fluxentra. Max was able to come out right…read moreaway. Other services were booked out for weeks. the service technician said everything seemed to be working properly and it could simply be coolant was low. he topped it off and charged me $260. He told me to wait 24 hours and see if that resolved the issue. 24 hours later the problem wasn't resolved. I contacted him and he came back out that day. He said that it had to be the compressor. He started working at about 11am and worked all day trying to install the compressor. He spent most of the time trying to solder the lines so they wouldn't leak. This created a mess in our house. There was black soot everywhere. At the end of the day around 5:30pm he tells me he tried his best, but he can't fix it. Now we have a completely dead refrigerator and a house filled with soot. I will say he did give me a refund. On the other hand we had to deep clean the house and buy a new refrigerator. To replace our 5 year old LG that no longer could be used. I didn't want to try another repair.
