Hi, I would like confirmation that my renters insurance with your company has been cancelled effective yesterday, March 12, 2025. I will no longer be paying you or your company past the last charge for this months renters insurance. I did want to let you know how disgusted, disappointed, and how I will be absolutely spreading the word to every client I have, every person I know about my HORRIBLE experience with your company after what- 10 years of coverage? I get in 1 accident which was not my fault less than 4 years ago, and I dinged a car in south side a few months ago because a PAT bus almost hit me. You kicked me off insurance, claiming you sent a letter (you didn't, and if you did, you should have had the decency to call me so I wouldn't be blind-sighted like I was) and stuck uninsured with a 5 month old with me at home. What if I had an emergency with her and ended up pulled over and learned I was uninsured? My car would be towed. At the very LEAST. and I would be stranded with an infant. I found out I was currently uninsured and you dropped me due to "my driving record". I don't get pulled over. I don't get into many accidents at all. I am a good driver. What you did to me is consistent with fraud and you'll be hearing from a lawyer to help me get back lost money you've taken monthly, to quickly kick me off the insurance before I could actually use it. If my account ending in 6011 is charged by Erie insurance again, I will begin a dispute with PNC and continue with further legal action. Thank you again for screwing me over in the most unprofessional way you could in the most unpredictable financial time this country has ever seen. ** I do not want phone calls again, I got one yesterday from a Nicole. Joann seems to think she is "bending over backwards" when asking her to help me with a glitch with my bank! And she changed my renters insurance policy without my permission. I asked very simply that we complete new forms for my checking account. She was short and abrupt with me. When I called her out on her behavior she complained about bending over backwards for me.
