The arresting officer had made a critical mistake on the form that is used to take my drivers license away from me for a year instead of only thirty days. (you are punished if you choose to not freely give them evidence against you) John Frydman looked over the paperwork and chose to not tell me that I was not obligated to sign or accept an amended copy of that paperwork. He could have easily said "you do not have to sign that". Instead he chose to be a total piece of garbage and did not do the right thing simply because I did not have $2000 cash on me. I have since found out that he routinely short changes his clients if he feels that they cannot pay for it. During that meeting he also made claims about his defense abilities that were false. He flat out lied which should not come as a surprise to anyone. I know that lawyers are what they are but come one man, a few simple words could have saved me the additional hardship. Unless you have endless funds this guy will probably not serve your needs the way that you deserve. Just another parasite greasing the wheels of injustice.
