Chris and his crew have done all of these services in a VERY professional manner. This past winter (assuming it is now over...smile...), I had my driveway and sidewalk cleared of snow. The owner, Chris, had a bad habit of quoting me a job price, doing the job (almost always…read moreincompletely), sending a bill for much more than his quote, and then accusing me of trying to scam HIM if I dared to question the higher price! Even worse, he never actually did all that I paid him to do. Every time it snowed, he'd leave some walkways and/or half the driveway uncleared. When I asked him to come back to finish the job, he told me to do it myself! I ended up often paying more than the price he quoted me, and even then, I didn't get what I paid for. My neighbor used him once and fired him for the same reason: He didn't do what she paid him to do. Also note his bad rating on Angie's List.

I also hired them for lawn car at my mother's house on Delaware Avenue in NSP and recommended them to a brother in law on Oakhurst Ave. in Vadnais Heights. He also hired them for cutting down trees. They must be so big now they pick and choose who they do business with. They say they never offered pre-pay discounts either. I've used their pre-pay discounts the last few years. I missed the deadline this year due to a death in the family and asked if they would honor the 6% due to the circumstances. The "manager" refused the 6% and offered half. It's not even the discount at this point, it's the principal of the thing. I would venture to say the "manager" probably never even heard of Imprelis. That's how long I go back as a customer.
