This was our first full year with Bravera and both my card and my wife's card has been hacked more…read morethan 3 times each. Each time having to freeze our accounts and getting new cards made and then getting charged to have a replacement card made. Constantly having issues with our cards, checks, bill pay, the mobile app. you name it. I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone.

i worked for a company that did their 401k through bravera wealth and as it happened the job didn't…read morework out and i ended up leaving. when i contacted bravera to cash out the little bit that was paid in i fully expected to be charged a penalty for early cash out. But it was much worse then that. I only worked for the company for 8 days and had paid in $215 to bravera. They made me wait 1 year from that date before i could cash it out. in my opinion this should have voided their early cash out penalty. but then they held out 20% taxes (understandable) + $85 fee to issue the check + $50 fee for early cancelation. they are sending me only $87 out of $215. They are crooks and i don't recommend anyone use them for anything. that's an inexcusable amount to process a check. even a $25 fee is really too much but a more understandable figure. on top of being made to wait 1 year to ask for the check then they still charge an early cancelation fee. it stopped being early when they made me wait a year longer than i wanted to. at that point i was canceling at their chosen cancelation time not mine. they are effin thieves and you should avaoid them like they were the devil. because they are.
