I had a very time sensitive need to clean the walls of my rental property and my tenant's move-out cleaning service (not Rinse QCS) forgot or neglected to clean the walls. RQCS reached out to me literally moments after submitting the Yelp quote request. They said they could be here the next morning and quoted a very fair price for the work. I wasn't going to be at the property so I had to set up a lockbox - and, take their word that they'd do a good enough job (this was yesterday). Today, I visited the property and was BLOWN AWAY by how good of a job they did. The house looks way better than I thought was possible. They were super communicative throughout the entire process. On time to get started. Very sweet with my dog, who only wanted to hang out with them. Was comparing carpet cleaning prices from several spots l found on yelp and Rinse Quality was noticeably cheaper than the rest. Trystan made an appointment with me and did an amazing job making my carpets like new again. Im sure the other carpet cleaners wouldve done a great job as well but the estimation cost after showing them the space was fairly higher. Rinse Quality got the job done. This is the most unprofessional company I've ever worked with. We talked a week in advance and scheduled a deep cleaning. The day of they called early to confirm the cleaning and never showed up. Overall a solid clean. No one will ever get the house as clean as I would. Would prefer an adjustment in the time and cost after the first clean so the house is fully cleaned and nothing is missed like some areas of dusting or a deep clean on items that need it like the tub or shower doors. Unreliable. Lots of sales talk. Changed the time of the appointment without notifying me. I asked for a phone call the day before to confirm the appointment as I booked it a month in advance, they couldn't be bothered to even do that. The people you speak to do not do the cleaning so you have no clue who will be cleaning your house. Also, the company says it has insurance but the workers are not insured because they're contractors not employees. Like I said, all sales talk. read more

By the time they were finished I was completely blown away - when I said the house was a challenge, I mean it was a CHALLENGE, which the Rinse team accepted and totally delivered on. They covered every inch of the home, cleaned it spotlessly, and were very careful to put everything back exactly how they found it.
