Stopped in here because we were staying at the adjoining hotel and the experience was amazing. Nisha was an amazing host and bartender, she made some great drinks and the food she recommendations we're on point. If you're in the area this is a must stop spot and be sure to see Nisha during the lunch happy hour 11-3.

I really wanted to give this restaurant/lounge a higher rating, but after our experience, I would say a 3 is generous. My family decided to visit after we saw a popular Jacksonville restaurant couple post on Instagram. At this point, I'm convinced it was a paid promo and do not plan to trust that couples opinions anymore. When we arrived and explained we were a bigger group, they gave us 2 tables to sit at. One had a dirty table cloth that we asked to have switched. They took it away, and it took nearly 45 min to bring another one, so we were looking at an old plywood fold out table. After waiting nearly an hour to order the food because we were ignored while they must have been preparing for the night ahead, we finally got 1 water jug to split between 8 people, it only filled 4 of our plastic cups. We were also given plastic cutlery that really didn't cut it with the foods we ordered. After we ordered and paid (which I read in the reviews before showing up, and must be their policy so people can't leave while they wait nearly an hour for food), we waited another 45 min before the first people who ordered got their food. The food was good, and the only reason they are not at 2 starts for my review. I honestly am baffled by the whole experience since they have been around for over a year. I'm sure everyone working there has been to a restaurant and should know how they should operate. Their own website isn't even complete. I suggest if you want the to eat their you order togo. It's definitely more of a dive bar than a lounge and definitely not a restaurant. If you are just looking for a place to drink and smoke hookah with your friends, then I imagine you would have a different experience.

The food was good. We left no crumbs. The service was okay. The ambiance gave ratchet brunch. Music was super loud... the drinks was mediocre...

We showed up at 11 so I kinda understood but everyone isn't me. They didn't have like half their menu I thought it was a restaurant first Dinks in small plastic with mostly ice No official drink list that's confusing I got the lamb chops Delicious. Veggies were Different. Thick mashed potatoes Music alright better if you've had a few.

It has officially become my go-to destination whenever I visit Jacksonville and want to get out of the house and actually enjoy my night. First off, the service here is top-tier. The staff is attentive, friendly, and they genuinely make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. And the food? It's consistently delicious. I recently had the salmon, and it was cooked to perfection--flaky, flavorful, and better than what you'd find at most dedicated restaurants. It's rare to find a lounge where the kitchen keeps up with the quality of the atmosphere, but Trio pulls it off effortlessly. Now, let's talk about the main event. In my opinion, Trio offers the best hookah in the city. The pulls are smooth, the flavors are bold, and the setup is always clean. Whether you're a seasoned enthusiast or just looking for a relaxing smoke, you won't find a better experience elsewhere. The Vibe: It's a true kick-back atmosphere. It's sophisticated and lively, making it the perfect middle ground for those who want to socialize without the deafening noise of a nightclub. The Crowd: Be warned--this place is a local favorite for a reason! It gets rather packed on the weekends. Reservations: To ensure you aren't stuck waiting, I highly recommend reserving a table in advance if you're planning a weekend visit. I can't recommend Trio Hookah Lounge enough. Whether you're there for the vibes, the incredible salmon, or the smoothest hookah in town, you're guaranteed a great time.

Ambiance, food, drinks, service, the vibes, and immaculate service. Whether you're with a massive group or in an intimate setting, this place has the proper seating for your party or date. As a first timer, I was impressed with the space. Nightlife can be tricky and some spaces just don't have the proper size for your desired night out. There's a bar for mingling but if you're there for dinner , there's that too. If you want more room and tend to have more volume in the conversations you carry, the outdoor space is ideal (especially since my friends and I like to laugh and goof off). That being said , we found ourselves seated in the patio and we loved it. Very comfortable, especially as the weather was cool that evening. Food was surprisingly delicious. Knowing that the restaurant appeal was competing with the nightlife vibe I was getting, I didn't expect there to be quality Mediterranean food. However, I was pleased with the calamari, salmon bites, hummus and brussel sprouts. My friend got steak and enjoyed his food as well. Drinks were great! One stood out the most which was the Smoke Show. Absolute perfection. Kinda snuck up on me though so be careful! Dress code. For men. Don't bring a hat. Don't even hold it in your hand. They're pretty strict about it. No flip flops. Put the Crocs away. No jerseys. My husband had jeans and Tshirt on but I saw others a bit more dressy casual. For the ladies. I felt like I all the females dressed to impress. From dressy casual to club attire , loose and flowy dresses, cute top and jeans with heels, cute romper, etc. I loved the diversity here. Will definitely be back! This seems like a great place to be for a fun night out. Make a reservation as I heard they get pretty busy!

If…read moreservice on drinks and food and been faster I'd have given two more stars, but the place was very calm and we still waited a while to drink and eat. Had to assume there was a private party secluded somewhere eating up literally everyone's time. Drinks average $15 each, very short menu of food, appetizers, and desserts, but what they cook, they cook Well! Delicious! However, we arrived around 6pm without reservations on a night when literally every table had a Reserved sign on it, and 90% of the tables were empty and remained so while we were there for an hour. 1-2 bartenders, and a virtually empty main restaurant, and our first drinks after being seated took over 10 minutes. Shocking and disappointing. The food took about 20 minutes to come out but was worth the wait, very good food. They offer hookahs also but at a premium price, much more than Casbah and other competitors. They have private dining and private rooms with chandeliers and I saw one with a billiard table. Catering to elitist clientele with money to spend and all the time in the world, I guess. I would have loved to enjoy a no rush hookah on their very loved outdoor patio, but I also hate waiting for drinks outside when they're already high priced. If you do come for a drink, I highly recommend the Love Potion! Our server was polite and professional, she promptly greeted us and checked on us occasionally.

I was there for the oyster special, and for 50¢ oysters, they were actually pretty solid. Fresh, flavorful, and definitely worth it for the price. They also have buy-one-get-one margaritas, which is always a win. The drinks were well-made and paired perfectly with the laid-back midweek energy. As the night went on, the DJ started doing their thing and the whole atmosphere shifted...in a good way. It went from chill to a full-on vibe pretty quickly. Only downside? Parking can be a bit of a headache, especially once the crowd rolls in. So I'd definitely recommend getting there early if you can. I honestly felt like I was at a smaller version of an Orlando nightclub. I found DJ Capone's birthday bash event on FB and invited some friends. DJ Q45 was a guest DJ which was a nice surprise! It isn't that big, but size doesn't always matter lol! We found out they also have karaoke as well as live bands and a small menu of food. The bartenders were friendly and efficient! We were seated up front where performer Kalani Rose set the mood and infused the air with her lovely voice. The tempo was upbeat, the volume was just right, allowing for intimate conversation and lively chatter alike. Great for date nights and group outings. Just some information to know it is primarily a bar, they only have about 6 appetizers to order from. The appetizers were good and came out very quickly. The first thing that caught my attention was the amount of times they put food down at our table we did not order after about the 3rd or 4th time of this happening it seemed to be something they do to up the bill in hopes you don't notice. The second thing that thoroughly surprised and bothered me was after ordering another round of drinks, the second the drink was put at our table the waitress came over to check us out. No one had asked for the bill so we were all confused as to why we were being told we needed to close out, especially since we had just ordered more drinks. The waitress tells our party they have another reservation coming and they need our table... We all scramble quickly to leave so there's no issue and once we were outside that's when we realized there was no time limit on our table nor did anyone ask to close out the tab. Thankfully the hula dancers and our own group made the experience great however this place is very clearly a money grab and should not be accepting more reservations than can be handled as it completely ruined the end of our experience.
