They tried explaining they were looking for a jacket for his father but the woman apparently didn't like their answer and she kicked them out of the store. She told them they need to get out of the store or she will be calling security on them. I'm shocked this behavior is allowed and I'm appalled that this happened to my son and his friends. I will not be shopping at this store and Columbia has lost a customer for life. I will also be letting my friends and family know not to visit this location if they do shop with Columbia.

At the end of my purchase (jeans, sweatshirt, and men's cologne), I requested a receipt. The register was acting up and would not print receipts. A store manager requested an email and promised to send a receipt via email. I provided my info and left the store. Ten minutes later, a female employee located me in a second store across the shopping center and stated, "Sir, we were able to print out your receipt.
