Our experience was absolutely appalling…read more We contacted Dale around 7 PM last night because we were dealing with a true emergency our sewer was backing up, and sewage water was coming up through our toilets and bathtub. It was a stressful and urgent situation, and we had specifically been told that he handles after-hours service calls. We called him politely, calmly explaining what was happening and asking for help. Instead of receiving professional assistance, we were met with hostility and shockingly inappropriate behavior. Dale was extremely rude, nasty, and used vulgar language throughout the call, which lasted approximately 10 minutes. He repeatedly cursed at us while we were simply trying to explain our emergency. We were nothing but respectful and professional. The situation became so uncomfortable and inappropriate that we ultimately had to hang up especially because our 2-year-old daughter could hear the language he was using. No customer, especially one dealing with raw sewage backing into their home, should ever be treated that way. If you advertise after-hours emergency services, then act like a professional when someone calls you in an emergency. His behavior was completely unprofessional, cruel, and unacceptable. Save yourself the stress and call someone else.
