Proof of our success! If you and your child put in the work with Dawn & her team nothing will stop you.

This agency has been called a "money grab" or a business that just "wants your money", but the owner and coaches at this establishment TRULY care about the kids they coach & teach. We have had A LOT of success from Dawn's company and she has proved to us that she does mean business, will support your child, & does have their best interests at heart. If you have ever thought I think my kid could be on tv or a target ad and just want to see what it's like reach out. She has TONS of knowledge and is a straight shooter. If she feels like your kid has a spark she'll let you know and if they don't she'll let you know why and lead you in the direction to perfect the areas that are lacking. I appreciate that kind of honesty it's the kind that shows you money isn't the only thing she's after. Rise Talent is and will always be an A1 establishment in my eyes from Texas Battle's one on one acting sessions, to improv with JB, Torres the modeling coach, & singing lessons with Donna. Each staff members brings excitement and positivity which helps with building your child's confidence. My child has grown so much in 4 months of training with Dawn's team and we are so proud of her and can't wait to see what her future holds. Please give RISE TALENT a shot if you think your child/children have what it takes, you won't be disappointed!

Im very honest on my reviews and I have to say Iam very impressed with rise talent. Dawn Sullivan is not just an amazing agent but she instills godly values and good morals into all of the models/actors, which kids/people in this industry need. There is a family vibe within the agency that you can't find anywhere else. Dawn and Torres are very straight forward and honest which I appreciate because it makes for great communication and builds them into professional models. My son and daughter have learned so much and have been given wonderful opportunities , Thanks to Rise Talent ! I highly recommend Rise Talent if you are looking for a trustworthy agency with a lot of experience.

From the moment I walked into Rise Talent, I knew I had entered into an amazing place with a warm and vibrant atmosphere / culture! Dawn Sullivan and her Talent Team are industry experts who prepare you for all the major markets - NYC, London, Paris, Milan, Tokyo, etc. Whether you're interested in acting, dancing, modeling, or singing, Dawn and her team have the expertise to train and assist you in reaching your goals! A variety of classes are held 6 days a week! I am super grateful for Rise Talent and the opportunities they provide!

Dawn has become the light in my life. Shes more than an agent to me. She truly cares about me and finds anyway possible to help me out. Like a mother would. Its been an amazing process since the day I stepped into the office but it has exceeded my standards greatly. I have learned so much in the acting classes, I am the most confident ive ever been and this is all thanks to dawn. The absolute best studio you could ever join. My heart is so full being a part of rise.

Coach Torres is a great peer and role Model

I can't believe I got myself caught up in such a scam. Do yourself a favor and look up reviews on…read morethis company on google and the better Business Bureau before ever doing any kind of contract with them. A modeling school posing as a talent academy, coercing you in a hard close to sign up for modeling courses in order to be represented by their company. Now I'm stuck with a contract that I am realizing that I can't get any work for because there is barely any work in Las Vegas and all of their Utah castings are mainly for Utah locals. Not only that but a lot of these jobs require you to have no tattoos. Knowing I had tattoos on my body why would you ever let me sign a contract knowing that it's going to be something that is going to work against me? I feel dumb for being so coerced, but it looks like I wasn't the only one upon doing further research. Do yourself a favor and just run the other way the second that one of their so-called Talent scouts drops into your DM's telling you that you have such potential.

I visited Urban Talent after seeing one of their advertisements on Instagram. From fairly early in…read morethe meeting, I felt uncomfortable with the way I was being spoken to. The tone and manner of the conversation felt condescending to me, and at one point I was questioned about why I had come in, despite the fact that I was there in response to their advertising. I was also told that my blonde hair was "too stark" and that I would need to dye it brown. She then showed me photographs of models on her computer whose hair, in my opinion, looked quite similar to mine. I completely understand that modeling involves feedback about appearance and that an agency may have a particular look they're seeking. My issue wasn't simply receiving feedback--it was the way the overall interaction was conducted. When she asked whether I had ever pursued modeling before, I explained that I had been scouted by an agency when I was younger but decided not to pursue it at the time. I then felt like I was being interrogated about why I hadn't done it, rather than simply being asked about my previous experience. Eventually, I decided the environment wasn't for me and said I was going to leave because I didn't like the vibe. She repeatedly wanted an explanation and said she was confused. I told her that it was okay if she was confused and that I didn't need to provide any further explanation. Before leaving, I asked for the paper containing my personal information. She said it was confidential and then told me she would shred it. I waited for her to shred it. She then told me to keep my distance from her and characterized me as hostile. As I was leaving, she told another employee not to contact me again and called me rude. I came in genuinely interested in exploring modeling and left feeling talked down to, uncomfortable and belittled. Based on my personal experience, I would not return.
