My appointments are 40 minutes long, and we talk about what is currently going on with my pelvic issues. The therapist helps me stretch, massages my stomach and sometimes back, and encourages me to do stretches and/or exercises at home. She also chats with me the whole time - which is fun, it feels like we are friends. I really enjoy my appointments, plus I have already noticed an improvement in my symptoms.
